  1. Hey guys. File Transfer. Installing Speed. AS SSD Benchmark. Game loading results are interesting..! Much times rebuild OPTANE+SSD, reinstall games. So..what do you think "OPTANE+SSD" good composition?

  2. Can someone help me here?
    Should i go for 8gb ram + 32 gb optane with 4gb gtx 1080 Or 8gb ram with 4 gb gtx 1650 ?

  3. A keynote for everyone : GO FOR THE OPTANE STICK!

Optane didn't quite exceeded the solo SSD while game booting. This is mainly due to the way in which optane works. If the same game was to be booted twice or futher multiple times, optane would have clearly outperformed the SSD. And for the recommendation part :
I have a 1TB SSD on my device and 32 GB optane installed addtionally. Trust me , the OPTANE ONLY GETS BETTER. The key is : The more you use an app, the faster it gets until a certain extent. Hope this helps. Heads up!

  4. So, first of all thx for the test👍 I think it's actually not worth to use an optan+hdd. But its the right direction which Intel have taken. I find the combo very interesting, will wait for 2 gen of optane

  5. Using it with an HDD is the best thing. I bought the 16gb version to pair with my WD Blue 4TB HDD, Anthem normal loading was 1m05s, first run with paired was 50seconds, i exit game and enter for a second run, 24second loading ^^. If you didn't know the more you use the same files the faster it gets. my seq write speeds are the same, around 150mb but my seq read speeds have to from 160mb to 930mb. Running a i9-9900k z390mob if that matters

  6. So is it safe to say it's better to buy a 4tb+ HDD and pair with optane vs buying 2x 2tb SSDs? Maybe a few second difference and more space
